Hi. There are many causes of elevation in serum creatinine and the outcome differs from one cause to another. If it is due to chronic kidney disease, then it can be managed quite well but unfortunately there is no permanent cure for the condition.
The most important thing is to understand the gravity of the situation and do all that is necessary now itself rather than wait for symptoms/complications to arise.
