Cream reaction of my child face
Hi doctor..... My kid fell down from bed day bfore ystrday n his small portion of the face turn into black portion like blood clot ..so I applied sofinox cream on his face ...n now his face turn into reddish..like rash ...n small pimples cum out ...i think it's cream reaction happen...can u pls help me out......to give solution of this
