I hav a habit of eating slate pencil since childhood but in btwn after my schooling I stopped but recently again I started eating slate pencils last month I hav finished 7 boxes I want to know it's side effects and how to stop it ..now as I am not getting slate pencil i am eating raw Rice and craving for slate pencils alott how to control my habit
