In evening my legs ankle and wrist start cramping with mild pain.its happening since 1 year. I use to stand for more than 8 hours a day. What is the reason and treatment

Lay down straight lift your leg straight up and pull ankle towards you...you will feel stretch at back of thigh and calf
Hold for 30 secs. .do it every hour
