Hello
My wife has 28 day cycle and has regular period .now she missed period for 3 days and tested by preganews but it's showing -ve .she getting cramping and little white discharge .is this sign of period or pregnancy? But test shows -ve

If the pregnancy test is negative she is not pregnant
A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
That is a 37 day cycle is normal
