There can be multiple reasons for cracking of teeth , a thorough dental check up is necessary to reach any conclusions and accordingly give you the required treatment
Hi....you need to get it checked as early as possible since the pain cant resolve on its own.Find a dentist you are comfortable with as avoiding such situation is not advised.

Hello mam! You don't have to worry about going to your dentist if you had any bitter experiences or fear of going there you can always change your dentist look for a best dentist with whom your comforable with because avoiding dentist will not solve your problems.
The crack tooth will not only occur with harf food, it coluld be due to your week teeth and we have to check the cause to treat the teeth
As you say you have pain its better to visit your dentist as soon as possible.
You will have to get a check up to find out why you are having cracked teeth. Some people have a little brittle teeth but it is better to rule out any issues by getting a dental check up. A timely intervention may save you from more extensive treatment later
