I am 5 months pregnant, my breast and nipple have enlarged, the nipples skin have cracks and the dead cell are pilling and it's painful. I am using "The Moms Co Natural Nipple Butter" cream for the last 15 days but getting no improvement. Now a days a pus like smell is coming from the nipple. It will be really very helpful if anyone can suggest me any good ointment.

Cracked nipples most often result from chafing due to breastfeeding. Cracked nipples are characterised by red, irritated, and scabbed skin on or around the nipple. Using gentle medicated creams and avoiding harsh soaps, chemicals, and tight clothing can help treat and prevent nipple cracking. Stop all cosmetic and OTC products. It could b getting infected thats why the pus discharge. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
