If Jackfruit tree is available in your area, collect its ripe withered leaves, burn it to ashes, mix well in coconut oil and apply over the affected area.
You may also apply Aloe gel instead.

Hi... You should always wear socks in winter, please clean your heal & cracks with triphala + water paste scrub & clean it I wash it with Luke warm water.
Apply Jivantyadi Yamak(CNS/AVP Company) in circular form on cracks.
At Night do 1 procedure : - Take 1/4th bucket of luke warm water Put Neem Leaves & melted wax mix it properly than put your Legs it it and rub & Keep it for some time.

Resp.Madam, in winter season it is very common to crack in heels of those pts who have vayu or pitta prakruti so in this condition first of all put you legs in luke warm water for 10-15 mins then after clean it with soft clean towel then i will suggest you crackot ointment (Kottakal pharma )or Kokam ghrit for local application and tab.kaishore guggulu 2 tab thrice in a day with luke warm water, Maha manjisthadi kashayam 4 tea spoon full for twice in a day ! tab. haritaki 2 tab at bed time !
