On initial stage hrct chest and blood reoorts can be normal  ,changes found after 5 th days of infection. Spo2 shold more than 94 needed. Lose motion might due to infection. This is curable condition  , only keep her b p normal, spo2 more than 94% , high protein diet  , rest. It is early to assess  seriousness. Kindly consult with full reports.

Grade 2 is a very vague term. Her condition depends on saturation and heart rate. If at normal heart rate below 90, she maintains 95 saturation, then only it is normal. Cough and loose stools are covid induced. She should be admitted for proper monitoring. Covid is curable, if you take correct and timely treatment.

Since she is at extreme of age as well as she had developed symptoms, yes surely she is at higher risk. But since she is maintaining a good spo2 she is doing well till now. If u would have shared the CT report and comorbid condition of her if any I would have better guided u.
