Counselling
MY family situation is terrible and It has really taken a toll on my mental health. I am always so anxious about everything and burst out in tears very frequently. I have also been consumed by anger and a feeling of helplessness and have violent thoughts most of the times. I need some counselling because I don't want all these negative emotions to weigh me down any longer.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
