Coughing and Chest burn at the center
I have been coughing from 3-4 months and recently also completed a course of doxolin 400, pan 40 and montek lc. It started as dry coughing and then since 1 month i am feeling chest burn at the center.

Hi,
If you have cough for 3-4 months then it should be thoroughly investigated.
You should get a chest x-ray pa view, complete blood count, ESR, Sputum for AFB.
Fever, weight loss and lack of appetite are other symptoms which needs to be checked and appropriately managed.
