Cough in Throat
From past several months cough is always coming in my throat and heaviness in my head usually at back side of head and eyes.
Due to which unable to wake up in the early morning, coz that time there's severe headache.
Using smartphone and pc little excessive.
I have consulted general physician after giving medicine for several days, no improvement, then he told to consult any senior specialist doctor.
Can you suggest me what to do?

Chronic cough may be due to allergy to allergens, dry throat, not completing previous medicine course, acidity-gas problem.
First take lot of liquid.
Do gargle with mouthwash.
Take diet on proper timing.
Avoid food which causes cold cough problem.
Do regular morning exercise to increase immunity power.
