Cough and vomiting with fever.
From last 3 day , cough , and fever are there. Fever increase at midnight and noon only.Child are uncomfortable obviously all the time. Nosy secrition are regular

Better to review with child specialist doctor to rule out any danger signs and start treatment as advised.
