  4. Cough and sneezing. Query my confusion.

Cough and sneezing
My child of age 4 has cough and sneezing since 3 days,and when we consulted Doctor he prescribed junior lanzol before food and a cough syrup and a syrup of combination of paracetamol, CPM and phenylephrine hydrochloride after food.I am confused why lanzol is given..It is for the first time any Doctor has prescribed this tablet for him.please query my confusion.

Hi thanks for writing to Practo consult.  Sometimes  cough can be because of GER (gastroesophagial reflux). May be your doctor had  a boubt abt it.
