Cough and fever
My 4.10 yrs old son is down with blocked nose, bad cough specially at night, throat pain and fever.
Yesterday night he got High fever with Shiver. Given him 10 ml Sumol syrup at 4:00 am today.
He is complaining calf muscle ach and now having mild fever too.
Please suggest.

Muscle pain is common in viral fevers.
Give Syp. Maxtra 5ml three times a day for 5 days.
Syp. Cetrizine 3ml HS
Syp. Meftal P 4 ml 6 hrly for 3 days.
Plenty of fluids.
Next Steps
Avoid cold drinks, juices.
