Cough and cough and cough
My 5 yr old daughter is coughing too much from yesterday. I gave her salbutamol sulphate syrup IP(2mg per 5ml) in the morning and afternoon 5ml.
Her coughing hasn't improved even a bit and she vomited the entire lunch(oats) which had lots of white foam and was sticky. She was coughing full last night and is still coughing too much. Pls suggest medicines. I gave her flagyl suspension for gargling twice today.

Looks like she has bronchitic cough. That will take some time to settle. You continue salbutamol syrup. Please give nebulization with duolin and budecort. 1 tube duolin mix with 1 tube budecort 0.5mg and nebulize her. Nebulize her 3 times a day for three days.
