Cough and cold
From 4-5 days I am suffering from nose blockage as I am taking steam but when I get up In morning nose is blocked. When I swallow saliva sound of tick-tick arises in my ear which irritates me and I feel Karash in my throat. Please suggest me the remedy.

this is due to throat infection, continue steaming and take tulsi ginger black pipper tea regularly 2-3 times in a day, should take gargling with saline water, avoid cold item intakes like cold water and cold drink ice cream, avoid rice intake avoid curd , you should take turmeric with milk at bed time in lukewarm. if feeling more blockage in nose you may use saline water 2-3 drops in both nostrils at morning.. feeling better withing 2 days wish you better health...
