Costal cartilage
I have been obsessively rubbing my costal cartilage in the top-left corner of my chest, and it has started to bruise. Is it possible that I damaged the cartilage from rubbing it with my fingers many times, sort of aggressively, to the point of it hurting? Thanks,

Reason to rub cartolage is unknown. Bruising is possible due to rubbing over cartolage. Stop rubbing kver cartilage...it can develope overgrowth/hypertrophy.
Next Steps
