Three of my family members have 100.6 temperature. It started with one but now other people are also having fever. Temperature gets reduced when take antibiotics and crocin. There is no other symptoms. Is it covid?

Hi , I will suggest do not self medicate yourself . Consult a nearby physician. If necessary go for covid testing. As long as possible stay at home .
