Coronary Microvascular disease is fatal?
I am 35 Yrs old male just diagnosed with slow blood flow in micro veins of heart. Felling uneasiness and discomfort at heart and also feels problem in sleeping. Can any body suggest whether it the same as heart attack or it can be cured. And also would like to know whether it is fatal or is there any chance of sudden death.

Micro Vascular angina is due to the blocked minor arteries. You can't do angioplasty or bypass for them. But there are good medicines to improve the flow. Usually it does not cause heart attack.
