What is the best way to keep mind fit and healthy for a single person who lives alone. Is medicine works for depression or if we stop medicine it again comes the same situation.

There is no single best way but few things can help you. 1.Taking breaks in between your work schedule. Breaks are very important to keep mind fresh. 2. Exercise/meditate/yoga...any of these will bopst up your mind. 3. Healthy diet. 4. Keep a good calm environment around you.
