Im breastfeeding and my baby is 2 mnths old..i wanted to know which contraceptive tablet can i use? And from when should i start using the contraceptive.

Hi, you can use contraceptive pills as cerazette, it is continuous one.If you want a gap of more than 2 to 3 yrs you can use contraceptive devices like Multiload or mirena.

Lactation is itself a good contraception If you wanna start oral contraception kindly start after lactation ends

You can start tablet cerazette right away if your baby is on exclusive breast feed. It is a low dose progesterone only pill which is safe during breast feeding. It needs to be taken continously throughout the month
