Continuous back pain
I am suffering from continuous back pain since one year, I got a X-ray of back but nothing has been diagnosed, sometime it is very intense so that i cant sit for longer, & that pain remains only in my spinal cord. Please help.

U start with back isometric exercise Then go for core strengthening exercises And do regular stretching of your back muscles

U should contact to a physiotherapist. Learn some back strengthening exercises. Once back muscles will strengthen then pain will never repeate.
