Continuous pain in knee
For the last 6 months I have continuous pain in left knee ( quite severe especially during knight)and lower back. Because knee is also weak, knee sometimes buckles suddenly resulting in fall. Initially it was diagnosed due to femoral nerves affected because of diabetes. Now sugar is under control but no improvement in femoral nerves so much so that I cant lift my lift my left leg in a stretched position. 2 sessions of physiotherapy of 5 days each had no effect. Doing the prescribed physical exercises twice every day. But no noticeable effect yet. Can this be treated without surgery
