After surgery of addinotonselectomy at age 11 , Still problem continued mouth breathing as synus detected and 365 days mucus not controlled even after medicines used. What kind of allergic my son is facing.

Sinuses can be infected.Get evaluated for nose and also there is a possibility of adenoids not being removed completely.
Evaluate with a second ENT SURGEON and take opinion.
