Contact lens
I am fed up with using spectacles now. So is it safe to use contact lenses. My power of both eyes is -0.75

Yes you can. You may even undergo LASIK for permanent removal of glasses.

You hardly have any numbers. If possible ignore it as contact lenses have no obvious benefit over glasses except cosmetic one. Otherwise shows to nearby Eye specialist who will guide you further if you are highly motivated to contact lenses.
