My father angiogram report LMCA: Normal LAD:Type III vessel. Calcified vessel. Mid LAD long lesion 80% stenosis. LCX: Co-Dominant. OM1 patio proximal region 90% stenosis. OM2 has 80% stenosis. RCA:Dominant. Mid RCA 99% stenosis. IMPRESSION: TRIPLE VESSEL DISEASE. RECOMMENDATION: CABG

Hello. You fathers reports of angiogram is very serious. Please consult a Cardiac surgeon or CTVS immediately. He needs CABG (Coronary artery bypass graft surgery). Hope this helps.
