This would characterize the mass, most common is renal cell carcinoma, based on the size that's been mentioned, you would need surgery, Once CT scan report is ready, based on it further treatment in the form of partial or radical nephrectomy to be decided. Suppose if the lesion appears cystic only with out any septation or calcification, then it can be followed up.
