My Dad stays alone & is not is the position to travel, the nearby hospital is 16 km from the place where he stays, he is priscribed with the medicines (attached) , we would like to share the latest PT INR report , could you recommend whether he needs to make any changes in dosage chart. * Leg below the ankle are swollen since yesterday
