If there is history of only one abortion,u can go for regular antenatal checkup and medication like folic acid tab and progesterone support.but if there is recurrent first trimester abortion,u need to take enoxaparin as advised by ur gynaecologist.

Hello. Since you have had only 1 abortion, you can go for regular antenatal care. Enoxaparin is recommended when there are 3 or more abortions or APLA positive.
