I'm 40 yrs old suffering from constipation and at right region feels like a vaccum and hv light pain there.. USG done is normal.. Please suggest any medication.. Thank you

Cause of constipation is usually less water intake and fiver in the diet and irregular diet habits . Improve that and mean while u can have laxatives like syp cremaffin 30-40ml twice a day and esabgol (its natural fiber) 2 table spoon two times a day in water or milk .
