Constipation
I am facing constipation problem since last 1 and half month
now there are some clots around my anus, but not bleeding
Is it piles?
Is it necessary to cunsult doctor?
And if it is in 1st stage itself, is there any home remedies???

Bleeding piles or fissure,,,as it only clots around anus,,,lukewarm water seatbath (tub bath) may be helpful,, at night 2 tsf cow's ghee with milk may relieve some constipation,, consult Ayurvedic physician for Rectal examination
