Body aches cold and feeling feverish. Tried Nise tablet, erithromycin but no luck. Unable to talk or eat much. Feeling aleepy and restless

get a blood test done for CBC which will show infections/ platelets for dengue & Malarial parasites. get a widal test also to rule out typhoid fever ( cost for all of above tests is less than 500/- only.

Next Steps

Total Bed rest. nourishment-light with no fats but lots of ORS+ light proteins like diluted milk etc. hygiene- bath and cotton clothes only. continue with medicines.

Health Tips

do not eat heavy food for the sake of getting better, Take as much as you can- ORS . you can make at home 1L water with juice of fresh lemon ,a spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, you can buy ready made ORS sachets from market also. Eat light proteins like milks and curds. No juices except coconut water & fruits which have cover like oranges
