Constant lower back ache
My lower back is paining from last 3-4 days and I have missed my periods this month, it's been 7 days up.

If you are sexually active, check for urine pregnancy test. Cause of Low backache can be due to many causes. Do you do lot of gym etc. Is it due to your occupation hazard. Long time on computers, wrong position in sleep etc. It may be as simple as that you are about to get period.
