Wisdom tooth erupting at this age is common. Treatment eill depend on whether there is enough space in jaw for teeth to erupt in oral cavity. If tooth is not coming in straight path it can cause pressure on adjacent teeth and gums.this leads to swelling n pain. kindly visit dentist get xray done and plan treatment.
