Constant hip pain

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Ive been having hip pain on my right side for at least a year. It hurts in the front part of my leg, almost as if it were top thigh. Its an achey pain. And it hurts when i lay down the most. Shifting my body or standing can relieve the pain temporarily.
