Hello the symptoms you mention my to be common cold, flu or viral fever...I would suggest you to start taking anti histamines like levicetrizine in the night for 7 days.start doing salty water gargling and take steam with carvol plus capsule in water...Drink warm water...Thank you

You may be having Sinusitis. You need to see a physician or an ENT specialist for decongestants & may be antibiotics. Meanwhile take steam at least 2-3 times in a day n keep yourself well hydrated.
