I am 25 years old i am from tamil nadu couple of years back i shfted to pune for my education at presenet i am working in mumbai after shifted to pune i got severe hairfall. i am really worried please help with it

hi seeming to be a common problem now a days.Go for a changein water for washing your hair,change your shampoo go for mild once sleep should be adequate,check if there is dandruff too ,finally the most important your diet if its not filling nutrition go with medication by consulting any cosmotologist
