Constant Cramp pain after tampon removal
I have been having a constant cramp like pain for 2 hours and 3o min and as it has reached three hours it is still there but gets worse then back to being just there. I did not have any pain putting the tampon in , wearing it or removing it. I only removed it because i thought the tampon was causing the pain. My flow seemed normal

Hi, just now you can take good pain killer and plants of liquid. After that you may consult your gynecologist to rule out any problem if at all.
