Constant Chest pain pointed in nature

Asked for Male, 19 Years

I am having mild pain pointing on left side of my chest ,and a negligible pain sometimes elongates to left hand.sometimes i feel pain on right side to but it doesnt travel to right hand or any. i previously had jaundice from which i have recovered now but i am currently having gastritis. i am also facing the problem of solar plexus displacement
