Confusion, headache,

I have a history of seizure about 13 years back. I had taken medication for four years. Since then I did not have any problem. But in the past one year I am having following problems: frequent, severe headache, sense of confusion, some other feelings that can not be expressed.

Headache can have multiple causes..migraine, raised blood pressure, sinus infection, brain related causes, eye strain etc. Migraine is also an important cause of severe, episodic headache which can be preceded by certain auras ( perception of a strange light, an unpleasant smell, or confusing thoughts or experiences). Auras may be present in both migraine as well as seizures. Since you have a past history of seizures & the headache is associated with confusion, it will be better to visit a physician who can examine you & will need more history to come to a diagnosis.
