Confused and worried. Give me advice!

I am 25 years old from delhi, somedays back i went to a party ,there i had unprotected sexual intercourse for only 30 seconds with a girl whome i didnt know , next day i got fever 100°f for 3 days , Acute back pain for a day , sore throat , cyst underarm , i consulted a physician who gave me antibiotics azithromycin 500mg for three days , after completing the course there wasnt any improvement so i decided to consult some other physician , i went to a doctor he gave ne augimentin 625 mg , Sore throat setteld ; cyst went in 2 days , i developed rashes in mouth .I also had diarrhea for 2 days ,Now after almost 3 weeks , sometimes i have fever not more than 99°f , but my felt arm was numb yesterday with tingling , My nose is also blocked . I am worried about about HIV contraction . Life has stopped i need advice. Please give me advice
