I can not concentrate on my study from few days.becoming so frustrated.i have also over eaying problem.i can not sleep at night.i feel nothing in my life is going good.dnt like anything

Hi, I think because you r not able to concentrate on studies you are over eating unknowingly hence you are not able to sleep properly.
Since how long u feel you are not able to concentrate. R u comparing yourself with others or u r not able to match your own standard. Think.... Also hv a session with a counsellor and come of that vicious circle.

Inculcate healthy habits. Sometimes minor lifestyle changes do wonders. Eat healthy, balanced diet. small meals at frequent intervals with regular exercise 20-30 minutes daily, 5 days a week is enough to keep you fit. Exercise also releases endorphins in your brain which have a mood elevating effect. Also practice good sleeping habits. Search 'sleep hygeine' on google and start following it. You will notice a change in you once you begin doing all this.
