I m 21 yrs old and unmarried MYOMETRIAL echotexture is normal with no focal mass lesion. ENDOMETRIUM thickness is 12.6 mm. Right adnexa shows a multi-lobulated cystic lesion with internal echoes, measuring approx 3.9 x 3. 2 cms, right ovary is not seen separately- likely right complex ovarian cyst ? Haemorrhagic ? Enodmetrioma. LEFT OVARY is normal in size and measures 31 x 12 mm. Minimal free fluid seen in POD. TO BE CORRELATED CLINICALLY
