Complex partial seizure

Asked for Male, 31 Years

He has been diagnosed as complex partial seizure and postictal psychosis, platelet count 20,000 only, taking Injection olanzapine 405 mg once monthly, T haloperidol 15mg/ d since last 1 yr.

Need to be investigated in details for the cause of low platelet counts. Anti psychotics may lower seizure threshold and can cause epileptic fits.
