Got my front teeth half broken 10 yrs ago and now the teeth is turning dark also sensitivity in it, also looking for scaling and polishing to be done

hello, you need to visit your dentist and get an x-ray done.if there is infection to the root of the tooth, then it needs to be treated. then get a crown placed over it. in case of no infection, you can go for veneers or crowns. also, get a scaling and polishing done.

The discolouration on your tooth so due to the fact that it has become Non vital.   You ll have to go for Root canal treatment with a suitable cap for the same.  You might not have pain presently since its a chronic condition but before further problems start get the treatment done. If the tooth is turning dark it's suggestive of the tooth loosing its vitality(Blood supply). Better go for root canal and place a cap. Get it done ASAP before it's get infected.

Hello maam. The fractured tooth has become non vital, hence the discolouration. You should visit a dentist and get a x-ray done. Since the tooth is already non vital, rct seems like the most probable treatment option. Get a crown placed over it as rct treated tooth are weak. Scaling and polishing can be done when you visit the dentist.
