Colorless gel discharge
I'm having colorless gel type discharge when I'm near to my loved one, and in earlier consultation dr told, it's due to excitement but when I'm normal also i have this. And ejaculation timing is also very early.

Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety.... Your doctor is right...try relaxation techniques and distraction method. Then try to cut down on any habits like alcohol, smoking or drugs. This will help you to control your emotions...if no improvements consult nearest psychiatrist they will do the needful.

Its called Pre-ejaculation fluid "Precum". It generates in man due to sexual thoughts/ imaginations or excitement with or without the presence of sexual partner. This is generated by seminal vesicles and Cowpers glands of male genital system . it's useful as lubricant for sex.
More you get excited ...more it generates causing wetting.
If further excited or stimulated, it may end up in sperm ejaculation.
