Most probably, this is a side effect of anti tuberculosis medication. The color should disappear within a few weeks to a month. However, PL consult a dentist or Oral Medicine specialist with details of your medication history. It can be confirmed if it's a side effect or any other condition. Tongue discoloration is not a symptom of tb.

It may be also due to habits(smoking or chewing pan masala)..first rule out this..then go fr a checkup..with chest physician(TB specialist)
