Color of baby stool
My daughter (23 days old) is fed on breastmilk. For the past couple of days she is passing frothy, greenish (not sure if the color in the attached image can be called mustard yellow or greenish), stringy stools. I have attached images of the same. Is this normal? She doesn't have any fever and she feeds on well. There is no other bothering fussiness about her. Her activities seem to be normal. Please advise if this is OK. Do I need to make any dietary changes?

Continue breastfeed. No need to give any supplements, not even water. If passing urine well that is 6-8 times in 24 hour and no irritability or other symptoms then don’t worry.
