Colitis ...
My doctor said that i have colitis...i have symptoms like frequently going to Toilet bt not suffer from loose motions, dont have andominal pain, mucus is present, indigestion, gas...so what ahould i do

Hello, Limit dairy products, You may be lactose intolerant — that is, your body can't digest the milk sugar (lactose) in dairy foods . Try low-fat foods Try avoiding butter, margarine, cream sauces and fried foods. Spicy foods, alcohol and caffeine may make your signs and symptoms worse. Even mild exercise can help reduce stress, relieve depression. Regular relaxation and breathing exercises may help you.
